![]() ![]() Refunds will not be provided retroactively to registrations made prior to an account update to discount eligibility. Account updates may take up to one business day to process. If you qualify and your account is updated, resident discounts in any of our offerings, in which the resident discount is offered, will automatically be applied. If you just created an account or are registering a dependent you just added to your account, please send or bring in proof of residency as outlined on the State of Colorado Department of Revenue webpage to have your account reviewed to qualify for this discount. This program offers a resident discount rate to individuals and families verified to be paying taxes to the Town of Castle Rock. ![]() The MAC and the Recreation Center have separate passes and memberships. Please note, passes and memberships are only valid at the facility for which they are purchased. In the case that your class is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make an attempt to reschedule the session at the end of the course, if that is not possible because we begin our next session right away, we will provide a credit to your account towards a future session, visit pass, private lesson, birthday party or any other program or service we provide.To request changes, cancellations or holds on your existing pass, please complete the MAC/REC pass change form. These days off are planned and therefore are reflected in the pricing of the course so no refund is necessary. Holidays or other planned days of the class are listed in the guide, as well as noted on the class schedule. No registrations will be allowed after the 2 nd class meeting. Prorated payments are available who join after the first class meeting. Payment will be required at the time of joining the class. You may also contact us after the first refund deadline or after the first class meeting to see if a space has opened in your preferred course. We will contact you if a space becomes available. When a class fills a waiting list will automatically be generated for the first 6 people. Remember the more often you attend the better the progression within the class. Our classes have different instructors and each class develops at a different speed together so please only attend your scheduled program. The class you sign up for is the class you must attend each week. We are not able to provide make-up classes for any of our progressive-style classes. Please provide the name of the student, class name, day and time, the reason for cancellation, and the best follow-up phone number. For these cancellations, an attempt will be made to transfer or change your child’s class, or partial credit will be awarded depending on the circumstances. All requests for cancellation must be made through the Program Director by calling 304-933-AQUA or emailing and referencing “Request for class cancellation”. If the 2 nd class meeting has passed, no refunds will be available. All refunds take 3-6 business days to return to a credit/debit card. ![]() You may receive a 50% refund when canceling the course if you cancel before the 2 nd class meeting. A full refund may be issued if you cancel the Wednesday prior to the initial start of the current swim class. In the event you want to cancel a course you must call us and speak with someone at our front desk.
